We have reached the bottom of the real estate market here in Phoenix, AZ.

Phoenix has witnessed an average of 8434 homes being sold per month since June of 2009.  Home prices have leveled off and have actually started to climb once again since May of 09 (please view the graphs on page ? to see the statistics ).
